Order Placement Process for Personalised & Non-Personalised Items

1. An online order with an offline payment option chosen at the checkout point will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.​

2. Should you wish to make changes to your submitted order, before we start processing your order, please email us your order number. This applies to both personalised and non-personalised orders.

3. Should an order for personalised items be canceled after work has started, you will forfeit 45% of the invoice amount paid. 

​

4. Please ensure you send a high-resolution photo of the child/adult that needs to be printed on the items, where applicable. We will not be held responsible for bad-quality prints due to a bad-quality photo.

5. Personalised item orders take 5 to 10 working days to complete once payment reflects in our bank account and artwork is approved. Delivery takes 1 – 9 working days, depending on your location or chosen delivery method. Large orders and orders placed during a period when we are receiving a high volume of orders can take up to 20 working days; however, rest assured that your order will be delivered before the event date you specified.

8. Our designs are copyrighted. It may not be sold, edited, or used commercially. Personal use ONLY!

9. KINDLY NOTE, Gift Of Note shall not be held liable for any errors in color, logos, spelling, or any other errors and omissions whatsoever once the artwork has been approved. So please make sure that everything on the design is spelled correctly and that all the other information is accurate before you approve.

10. Please let us know if you want insurance on your parcel. Gift Of Note cannot be held responsible for courier damages or stolen parcels.
